You know that you could sit down with each client each week and draw up a detailed nutrition plan, with recipes and count the macro splits and calories.  (Oh and especially for that vegan client of yours)

In fact you could just tell the client that they should do this themselves, afterall this is their health, their goals you are working towards.

Lots of PTs overcome this problem by giving out a standard meal plan for every client to follow.  This usually involves chicken and broccoli.

Clients have lives and families and changing their whole families diet to fit theirs just won’t work, even for the most committed.  So the client goes off full of will and determination, 4 weeks later they are sneaking in ‘cheat’ meals and making Friday officially ‘fish & chip night’.
